My Philosophy

The female spirit has many differences from the male spirit; love, compassion, mercy, creative power are some of the main and prominent ones. The source of this difference is the feminine power within females. By nature, women tend towards what is beautiful. She tries to beautify her life and surroundings as well as herself. Like the man’s effort to accumulate power, the woman also strives to accumulate beauty. Women whose anima surpass their animus value beauty to keep their feminine powers active.


*(Famous psychiatrist Carl Gustav Jung defined the animus as the unconscious male side of a woman and the anima as the unconscious female side of a man).
As a plastic surgeon for twenty-three years, I feel lucky and privileged to have been professionally accompanying women’s pursuit of beauty, using all my knowledge, talent and experience, using the latest technology. I strongly believe that the path to the source of beauty has an artistic side. A plastic surgeon should be able to approach his patient in a miscellaneous and holistic way, just as an artist uses many paints or a sculptor uses light and shadow while creating his work. He should be aware that the surgery is not only a change in a structure such as the breast and nose, but genuinely something that affects and perhaps directs the whole life of the person. Just as every stroke of the painter’s brush or every stroke of the sculptor’s hammer are elaborate movements distilled with years of knowledge and experience, so a plastic surgeon should be refined in his relationship with the patient and in his surgeries.

 

His movements must be of great delicacy and elegance, and his techniques must be modern and powerful. Because the person chooses him while shaping her life, she wants him to be with her during this process.

 

Trying to look beautiful is not just a female behavior. Men also strive to look good and well-groomed. It is important to look hearty in the social structure of today’s world.


Looking hearty is becoming more and more important in establishing the balance of power in competitive environments.
Men’s healthy body sizes, rested and clear expressions on their faces also positively affect their stance in life.
We are with the men in their journeys and we are walking together to the desired goal.

About Us

Born in 1967, in Izmir, Dr. H. Seckin Oksar completed his high school education at Saint Joseph French High School in Izmir. In 1992, he graduated from Dokuz Eylul University, Faculty of Medicine and went on to finish his training in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at Akdeniz University. Upon completion of this program, he became a Board Certified Aesthetic, Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeon in 1999. Immediately following, he continued his training in the specialty of plastic surgery at Antalya State Hospital for seven years, untill 2007 April. Dr. Oksar completed different research projects while in the Akdeniz University. These experimental and clinical investigations were a new, innovative concept in the field of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery. Meanwhile, he began to build his private practice which he now works in today at his clinic, Seckin Oksar Aesthetic and Plastic Surgery, in Antalya. Dr. Oksar is  active in many associations and organizations. He is currently a member of The Turkish Society of Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgeons and member of The International Society of Aethetic Plastic Surgeons (ISAPS) and member of The American Academy of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery (ASAPS). He speaks English and French.

I had upper and lower eyelid surgery and I am extremely happy with the results.
